Aluminum heads are hot tanked and pressure washed to remove all oil and carbon deposits. | |

Cast iron heads are steel shot blasted to remove any remaining carbon, paint or rust. | |

Aluminum heads are glass bead blasted to remove any remaining carbon or paint deposits. | |

All threaded holes are checked and repaired. | |
|
Worn rocker studs are replaced with new studs. | |

Every cast iron head is thoroughly magnafluxed. | |

Every aluminum head is submerge tested. | |
|
All heads are submerge tested again and ceramic sealed. | |
|
Each guide is renewed. | |
|
All valve seats are cut. | |
|
Each head is resurfaced. | |

Each head is jet-cleaned then rustproofed after machining. | |
|
All valves are new or remanufactured. | |
|
New plugs and pollution plugs are installed. | |
|
All heads are assembled with new valve seals. | |
|
Valve stem heights are checked during assembly. | |
|
Each head is vacuum tested to ensure valve to seat sealing. | |
|
All heads are sprayed with a protected coating. | |
|
All OHC heads come complete with cam, followers, and lifters (except noted). |
