This form is for core returns only. Please contact your sales rep if you need to return a new unit. If you need to arrange for a replacement under warranty, please call 888-759-0814.

Credit penalty/penalties will be issued to cores returned with the following conditions:

One broken case: Minimum $200 charge
Both broken cases: Minimum $400 charge
Oil not drained: $75 charge
Completely blown apart core with no rebuildable value: $100 credit for tote return
Core returned without plastic tote: $100 charge for tote

NOTE: Customer is liable for any freight claims arising from the failure to properly drain their return cores.
